Let’s be honest. Boudoir shoots are stressful to plan for.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Right? Or even more so, what’s my style? We’re not all lingerie babes. And that’s ok. Some like to be edgy and different, some like to feel sexy but comfortable. So no matter your style, here’s some ideas for looks that you might not have thought about! Maybe you’ll get inspired to add something new to your session.

START WITH AN OUTFIT!

Finding an outfit for your boudoir session doesn’t have to be hard. Something as simple as a sweater, a body suit, or your favorite slinky dress could work just fine for a boudoir shoot. I especially love oversized sweaters. They can be sexy with a little shoulder peak, or a little leg…

Everyone has a nice bra. Doesn’t have to be super sexy and lacy. It can be a tshirt bra. Pair that with some fishnets? YES! Or some gorgeous (fake) diamonds? Stunning! Your fave leather jacket? A silky robe? All great options!

Now, maybe this is cheating a little, but how about nothing at all? I am obssessed with a gorgeous set of photos showing you off in your own skin. Whether you’re preganant or celebrating your body just because, a “just sheets” set is a great option! Don’t forget props! They come in handy and can be so fun during your session (like a hat, a fancy fan, hubby’s golf club)!
