“Do you remember the 28th night of September?”

This tune enlivens the celebrations of so many wedding receptions, but we've never seen it paired better to a wedding than for Caroline and Greg’s idyllic September wedding at the Genesee Valley Club. One question hanging in the air that morning was whether or not the ceremony would be moved indoors, but as the song says luck ended up "Chasin’ the clouds away.” (Look for the photo where Caroline and Greg are eyeing the skies during their ceremony to see if the rumbling thunder was going to usher in rain.) In short, it was truly a perfect day - complete with Romantics with Greg's snazzy red Mustang, the warmth of family and friends who travelled from near and far, breathtaking floral designs, a killer Swing band that set everyone dancing, and a Smores station and Sparkler exit that put a sweet end to the evening. We would travel back in time to photograph it all again in a heartbeat, and we’re so glad that Caroline and Greg are able to relive the memories of the day through their album!!

Q: What was something that suprised you?

A: “We were both suprised by how much we enjoyed doing a first look. The day really does fly by so having the time to slow down and cherish the moment together meant a lot to us.”

Q: Is there a particular photo that stands out to you as particularly special to you?

A: “I love the photos that are unique to us and our relationship. When we play tennis together or are cruising around in Greg’s Mustang, it makes me think back to our wedding day.”

Q: Talk to us about your Album!

A: "The album is amazing!! We loved picking out an album cover and Alyssa did an awesome job telling the story of the day. Now that the excitement from our wedding has died down, it has been really nice to look through our album and reminisce about our wedding day.”

Q: What is a meaningful memory from your Wedding Day?

A: “Seeing all our friends and family in one place. It can be very hard to get everyone together, and knowing all our friends and family travelled from near and far to celebrate our marriage was very meaningful.”

Q: What was the favorite part of the day?

A: “My favorite part of our day was seeing everything come together after months of planning. All our vendors did an amazing job and everything was better than anything we could have imagined.”

Q: What exciting things does the future hold for you two?

A: "Since our wedding we bought a house and moved from Boston to Rochester. We are hoping to get a puppy soon!"
