Passion: Food and wandering the world, especially places with yummy and unique food!

Favorite Vacations Spot: My latest international trip was to Norway, Sweden and Finland. I can’t wait to go back!

Perfect day off: Four-wheeling deep in the mountains. Brunch with friends. An afternoon spent outside at a bbq or going on a hike. Bonfire with bourbon and my black lab, Henry.

You have to taste this: My authentic street Pad Thai. I’ve yet to find a local restaurant that makes it the way I learned in Thailand!
