Happy Anniversary Jessica and Erik! Oh my goodness we can’t believe that it has been 10 years. We photographed their wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens and Magnolia Hotel and have been able to hang out with them ever since. What a joy. Jessica and Erik are some of my favorite people. I am still constantly trying to hang out with them. Usually I get to see them and their 3 boys, but this time was extra special. It was all about them and their anniversary.

We went down to confluence park and opened up the box that they sealed on their wedding day. It is a great unity ceremony where you put a bottle of wine and letters to each other to open up on your 10th anniversary. I have seen this done a number of times at the wedding but never have I been a part of the opening. It was the most amazing thing I have seen this year. I can’t tell you the emotions of realizing how much still in love they are. Seeing the laughs and tears between the two of them was so fun. I know they will last another 50 years +. I hope I get to be around for more of these awesome moments.
