Adrienne and Chris are impressive people, individually, and as a couple. Chris is warm and easy to talk to. Adrienne is sweet and gracious. Chris went to film school, worked on several movies, and now owns a successful kitchen and bathroom remodelling company while being an adoring father to his boys, Ethan and Connor. Adrienne is a brilliant engineer and loving mom to daughters, Josie and Allie. Oh, and after losing her leg to cancer years ago she went on to win Gold and Bronze in the Para-Olympics for alpine skiing, Super-G and Giant Slalom respectively. Seriously, they're impressive. On top of it all, after seven years together, they still giggle while holding hands and flat out gaze at one another. They are so present in the moment and totally focused on their partner. They’re something special and so fun to spend time with.
Their wedding, after COVID had its way with it, was an intimate affair at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Surrounded by their children and closest friends, they said their vows in the sunshine alongside enormous rocks that have been there for millions years. It was beautiful and very Colorado. The crowd was small was but the love was big.
Though their children are graduating and leaving the nest soon, I think the adventure is just beginning for these two. There will always be engaging conversation, family, love, and humor. A + C, may the years ahead be y’all’s best yet! Thank you for trusting Wanderlight and using me as your photographer. - Brooke
